All Pest Solutions has a long history in the area, going back three generations. Robert Byrd Blankenship started the company in 1970 after a long career at one of the largest exterminating companies in Tennessee. Upon his retirement his son, Royce Blankenship, became president. In 2003, grandson Tim Blankenship took over the family business and continues to run it today.

	Tim Blankenship Vice President As Vice President, Tim Blankenship oversees the day-to-day operations of All Pest Solutions. He began working at All Pest Solutions as a kid during the summers, performing everything from termite treatments to running a pest control route. In 2003, he followed in the footsteps of the two generations before him and took over the family business. Tim obtained his license in General Pest and Rodent Control and a license in Wood Destroying Organisms. Three years later Tim started Turf Team, a lawn and landscape division of All Pest Solutions.
	Royce Blankenship President Royce began working for a large exterminating company in Columbia, Tennessee, in 1964. He oversaw a pest control route, then later served as supervisor for two years and district manager for one year. In 1973 he moved to Franklin and purchased All Pest Solutions from his father. Thirteen years later he purchased Statewide Exterminating. Royce retired from All Pest Solutions in the Spring of 2003.
	Robert Byrd Blankenship Founder Robert's professional career began with 13 years in the railroad industry. He then started working for a large Tennessee exterminating company and opened offices in Pulaski and Columbia. He became district manager for Middle Tennessee overseeing 24 counties. While district manager, Royce took courses in management through Purdue University. In 1970 he decided to start his own business and opened All Pest Solutions on East Main Street in Franklin. For four years he served on the Tennessee Pest Control Association, as board member, vice president and president. He retired in 1973.
